Developing Artists has a small team based in London. Together we work to coordinate our projects, and to raise money for the future. Our Board of Trustees provides strategic input and meets regularly with the office team. Our Ambassadors and patrons provide support to the charity.

Georgina Godwin: Georgina Godwin is an independent broadcast journalist. A regular chair of literary events, she is Books Editor for Monocle 24 and presenter of the in-depth interview show "Meet the Writers". She is also a frequent presenter of current affairs programmes and a commentator on Southern African politics. Georgina has interviewed a wide range of public figures from literary giants and debut novelists to prominent politicians, musicians and artists. Born in Zimbabwe, and educated there and at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, London, she was a founder member of SWRadio Africa and of the Harare International Festival of the Arts.


Gillian Gordon-Crozier: Gillian's career in the media spans more than 20 years. As a television executive and producer, she has worked on productions for ITV and BBC as well as shows in the US. Some of her TV and film highlights include 'Boogeyman', 'Call Red', 'Greatest Store in the World',  'Bond Girls are Forever', 'The Other Fellow' and 'The War to End all Wars'. She is  the Co Chair of Filmaid UK, a senior lecturer in Media Arts at Royal Holloway, and trains young people in film and video techniques all over the world.


Guy Chapman: Guy is the Managing Director of Target Live, and heads up the company's accounts with the Barbican, ballet/dance at the London Coliseum, Opera North, Somerset House Exhibitions and Bill Kenwright Productions. Before setting up his own agency, Guy was Director of Marketing at the Royal Court Theatre and worked for one of the leading Art Dealers in Bond Street co-ordinating exhibitions. Over the years Guy has served on many boards/fundraising committees including those of Royal Academy Friends, Art Fund, Royal Court Theatre and Out of Joint. As a theatre producer, his many productions include the World Premiere of Sarah Kane's Crave, which performed across Europe, and Dolly West's Kitchen at the Old Vic Theatre. Guy is also working with ArtsAlliance on taking art exhibitions into Event Cinema. From Autumn 2014 Guy will be visiting lecturer on Marketing for the Arts at Sorbonne University, Abu Dhabi.
